Jason A Bubier

I am a Senior Research Scientist at The Jackson Laboratory and have extensive experience in mammalian genetics. I have characterized gene regulatory mechanisms, defined genes and polymorphisms underlying complex traits, mapped quantitative trait loci and identified modifier genes, all through the analysis of strains, populations, and integrated functional genomics data using mouse models. I play a lead role in developing approaches to gene discovery using GeneWeaver.
