Research: My research focus is on addressing inferential and computational issues arising in statistical problems. More precisely, I am working on certain specific problems in: (i) stochastic optimization/sampling, (ii) theory and computation for tensors, (iii) higher-order interaction structure (hypergraph, fractal, geometric and topological) analysis, and (iv) reproducing kernel Hilbert space methods, recently. Some of the above areas are connected together by Stein's identity/method, which plays a key role in my research.
