My research focuses on investigating the interactions between human, animal, and environmental parasites, following the One Health approach. My areas of interest also include biogeography of parasitic diseases, molecular diagnostics of neglected tropical diseases, development of intervention strategies to mitigate the impact of zoonotic parasites, improvement of public health policy implementation, parasite conservation, and biobanking.
