Her areas of interest are clinical and translational research in the field of digestive cancers, particularly hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal cancer.Member of the UNICANCER-PRODIGE cooperative group, she coordinates several national multi-center trials on the optimization of metastatic colorectal cancer treatments, in particular on hepatic intra-arterial chemotherapy. Her translational research activity focuses on prognostic and predictive biomarkers of the efficacy of colorectal cancer chemotherapies, in particular on the pharmacogenetics of anticancer treatments.She is the author of more than 200 articles in peer-reviewed journals.
