Long-term Follow-Up after Surgical Management of Laryngeal Malignant Pleomorphic Sarcoma ‒ a Case Report

• laryngeal sarcomas are rare, comprising less than 1% of all laryngeal tumors. • We demonstrated the management of laryngeal pleomorphic sarcoma and the follow-up results. • The patient underwent a total laryngectomy without neck dissection or postoperative radiotherapy, showing no recurrence. • It’s essential to define a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach to manage this malignancy. • A long-term follow-up is necessary to monitor any recurrences and improve disease-free survival.
