MO42-6 Analysis of Sperm Preservation in Patients with Mediastinal Germ Cell Tumor Patients

Germ cell tumor (GCT) patients are young, and survivors are increasing because treatment is developing. Infertility is an important issue in cancer survivorship among these patients. Although the association between testicular GCT (tGCT) and azoospermia is known, there are few reports on mediastinal GCT (mGCT). We investigated the frequency of azoospermia in mGCT and the factor which contributes success of sperm preservation.
