The authors wish to correct Supplementary Fig. S2. During compilation of the figure, chest CT images from the incorrect patients were inadvertently included. The authors have reviewed and verified the images and now present accurate chest CT images (Supplementary Fig. S2b) and chest radiographs (Supplementary Fig. S2c) for the control and patients R0022/II-1, R0038/II-1 and R0052/II-1. The results presented in the images do not alter the conclusions of Supplementary Fig. 2 or of the article. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this error.
