Conclusion: Excessive use of mobile phones will affect the physical and mental health of college students. To this end, countermeasures are proposed: schools should limit the time for college students to use and guide students to use mobile phones reasonably; parents should also urge students to correct their attitudes towards mobile phones and communicate actively and effectively with students; The focus is on academics.
