New data on Nymphomyia alba (Diptera: Nymphomyiidae) from Japan with notes on the larvae and the micro-habitat

Morphological characters of the larvae and the habitat distribution of larvae and pupae in a stream were noted for the nymphomyiid fly Nymhomyia alba, based on quantitative samples collected at a mountain stream in Central Honshu, Japan. The stream is the second locality of the species.
