摘要
Purpose: Severe primary graft dysfunction (PGD 3) at 48/72 hours (h) post-transplant is associated with decreased survival, but accurate grading is time and resource intensive. We evaluated whether invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV) status at 72h can be used as a pragmatic and valid early outcome by determining its overlap with PGD 3 status at 48/72h and assessing its correlation with survival.
