Association Between Perioperative Flurbiprofen Administration and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) in Spine Surgery: a Retrospective Cohort Study

The association between nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and postoperative acute kidney injury (AKI) remains controversial, with limited studies specifically examining flurbiprofen. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate the association between intraoperative flurbiprofen administration and postoperative AKI. We retrospectively identified a cohort of patients at the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University.
