Data Analyst, entrepreneur and biotech co-founder passionate about the incredible potential of multi-omics data to make a real difference in both human and animal health. My career reflects the crossing boundaries of different fields, from molecular biology and multi-omics data analysis to computational tools and business development. My strong background in molecular biology and bioinformatics has taken me across various fascinating research fields such as evolutionary biology, animal science, immuno-oncology, and precision medicine. In this journey I have had the privilege of working at eight renowned research institutions in Australia, China, and Brazil, and have also contributed to the success of two companies in Brazil and Spain. Right now, I am fully immersed in my role as an entrepreneur and co-founder of DataOmics Biotech - a biotech company specialized in providing Multi-omics data analysis for Animal Nutrition and Pharma companies' R&D efforts. At DataOmics, we get to witness the incredible impact of integrating cutting-edge bioinformatics approaches into trials and the power of multi-omics data to extract meaningful information. We do our best to drive positive outcomes by adopting a comprehensive One-Health approach. One of the things I enjoy most is coordinating a cross-functional network of developers, bioinformaticians, marketing specialists, researchers, customers, stakeholders, and IP legal teams. Establishing and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) is part of my routine, and it keeps me moving forward. I firmly believe that understanding our customers' scientific and technical needs is vital to support our internal teams in achieving everyone's research goals.
