I am a research fellow working in the department of Primary Care and Population Sciences at the University of Southampton. I primarily use qualitative methods to understand various aspects of health and illness. I have specialist training in Conversation Analysis (CA) and many of my research projects focus on improving healthcare communication for patients and practitioners using this methodology.
