Dr. Claudia Angelini is a Research Director at the Istituto per le Applicazioni del Calcolo, CNR. Her main activity is devoted to developing novel statistical methods for the analysis of biological data. She has been the scientific coordinator of the CNR commesse "Mathematical and Statistical Methods for genetics and proteomics" (CNR-Bioinformatics Project) and "Bayesian variables selection methods with application to genomics” (CNR-RSTL projects) and of the IAC research unit in the FLAGSHIP project “InterOmics” and in the FLAGSHIP project "Epigenomica". She is co-author of more than 70 full articles in international peer-reviewed journals, and also of several other publications in conference proceedings and books' chapter.
