Capotondi Flavio

Flavio Capotondi received the B.S. degree in physics from Trieste University, Trieste. Italy, in 2000 (his thesis focused on modeling the propagation of seismic waves generated by an extended seismic source in laterally heterogeneous inelastic media), and is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree at Modena Reggio Emilia University, Modena, Italy. In 2001, he was with the TASC—INFM Laboratory, involved with the characterization of $\hbox{SiO}_{2}$ thin-film-grown plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition. His research activity is focused on electron magneto-transport properties of two-dimensional electron gases in $\hbox{In}_{0.75}\hbox{Ga}_{0.25}\hbox{As--In}_{0.75}\hbox{Al}_{0.25}\hbox{As}$ quantum-well systems.
