Xichen Yuan

Xichen Yuan received the B.S. degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2009, the M.S. degree from the École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Électronique et Électrotechnique de Paris (ESIEE Paris), Noisy-le-Grand, France, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from the Université de Lyon, Lyon, France, in 2016. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the School of Mechanical Engineering, Northwestern Polytechnical University. His research interests include micro and nano fabrications, and microfluidics and biosensors, especially in the domains of micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technology-based (bio)chip fabrication.
