Subrat Mishra

Subrat Mishra received the dual M.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB), Mumbai, India, in 2018. In May 2018, he joined the Circuit and Device Architecture Team, imec, Leuven, Belgium, as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. In June 2019, he received the Marie Sklodowska Curie Fellowship under the EU’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Program. His research interests include device-to-circuit and system-level reliability and mitigation approaches in CMOS technology.
