Louis Hutin

Louis Hutin (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Université Grenoble Alpes, France, in 2007 and 2010, respectively, and the Accreditation to supervise research (HDR) degree in 2020. He is currently a Device Integration Expert with CEA-Leti, where his research focuses on nanodevices for emerging computing paradigms. He has coauthored more than 150 international communications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, and holds 20 patents. He has served as the Technical Program Committee Member in several IEEE conferences, such as S3S 2018–2019, Silicon Nanoelectronics Workshop 2018–2022, and ESSDERC 2020–2022 and the TPC Vice Chair for ESSDERC 2021.
